    ABOUT NEAL BRADLEY

    Located in Lancaster, SC, Rules of the Road Driving Academy is owned and operated by Neal Bradley, a retired SC State Trooper with over 28 years of law enforcement experience. His professional background has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to successfully drive on today’s dangerous roads.

    We generally offer driving classes on the second Saturday of every month. Other arrangements can be made. Please call for more information.
